South Park. I find it more humorous and I'm able to actually understand most of the jokes. (Since I'm terrible with keeping up with remembering celebrities and movies most Family Guy jokes revolving around those go right over my head :/)

Family Guy it is satirical and funny and sometimes inappropriate and a bit vulgar... but South Park is annoying. Most of their humor I don't understand and the writer's seem to think the more debased the better.

Family Guy takes jokes too far. They have a sort of formula to every episode and their plot is selected by matinees pulling up bingo balls.
