Neither. MTV needs to go back to ALL music videos ALL the time. If I want music I go for one of the strictly music channels, usually the current country music or classic rock.

Music? I never see music on those so called music channels anymore. They're both the type that I consider TV trash so I avoid em' at all costs. There are music channels sort of like the radio that I listen to. No commercials and no nonsense trash and it's ACTUALLY MUSIC! Lol

Years ago I LOVED VH1, but it is extremely crappy already and I barely ever saw anything worth to watch on there...

So I just stay with the net radios and my always growing GIANT collection of music of (almost) all kinds... ^^

I can't recall the last time I actually heard music being played on MTV and was never really into VH1. I prefer listening to my I-Pod mostly for music.

I don't watch either. It seems that there's no music on either channel anymore. I used to watch MTV but they just have reality shows more than anything else now a days.

I used to watch VH1 more for music videos and news, but not for many years (10+). Now, if I want to watch music videos I use youtube or some other website.

I agree that MTV doesn't play nearly enough music. VH1 has a better mix of music, and i find the feature shows can be funny (in a good way)
