Evanescence and Within Temptation are two of my favorites. I like some of Lacuna Coil's music and some of Skillet but Nightwish is generally too hard for my tastes.

Aww, why does Skillet have such few votes?

I'd honestly vote between Skillet and Evanescence, but since Skillet had fewer votes I went with them. I think they're highly underrated but that I like their one album with someone holding an electric cord (I think?) the most

If you like those sort of bands, might I suggest In This Moment. Female lead, heavy metal. I think you`ll enjoy it.

None of those. I've listened to all but Nightwish (to my knowledge i haven't heard them but it's always possible) and while some of them are okay none of them are favorites or anything I regularly listen to. I disregarded lacuna after a song, not really my taste, I listened to within temptations for about a week before not listening to it again... and i occasionally - rarely - listen to a song or two from the first Evanescence album. I like a couple of Skillet's songs but not really to my taste either except for in a very specific type of mood.

Out of these I listen to Evanescence and Lacuna Coil. Also a fan of In This Moment and Halestorm.

I really want to like Skillet, but I just can't seem to get into their songs as much.
