It depends on the holiday and if I remember it, but I do try to.
I actually made up some little beaded bracelets with Halloween, Valentines, and Christmas themes so I have at least a little something on.
And I have a few pieces of green jewelry for St. Patrick's Day, but plan on making a little Irish flag pin (made one for my bf already as a birthday gift because he's Irish), and maybe a cute little beaded shamrock necklace.

It's a lot easier when you can just make something to wear though, because then you can make sure it isn't tacky.

I like holiday themed socks and underwear. I wear them year round, and just retired my favorite Halloween underwear of all time. They actually fell apart after 4 years of frequent wear.
