I got an order today containing Bloom (Yay!) and also a Cake body scrub, among other odds and ends...

I went to open the package. I start taking things out. I notice a little caterpillar/larval type bug on the ground near me. I am a good person and throw it outside and go to continue unpacking.

I go to sit back down (our bed's on the floor) and there's another one! Now I'm paranoid when I try and pull back the brown paper in the box.

And there was a WHOLE DAMN BUNCH OF THEM IN THE BOX! Around my stuff. Around 7 or so, not counting the 2 I found outside, which I must have rustled out of the box. I had the box on my bed. And there's some little pieces of unknown crap that was on my bed that I'm now washing the sheets.

Ack! I'm guessing it had something to do with the sugar scrub. It spilled a bit out of it's package. The jar was closed and the jar was in a plastic bag, but there was grease/residues in the bag, along with a couple of granules. And it did smell very, very sweet. I'm guessing it attracted the bugs, and now I'm looking around my carpet for any other little crawlies inside.

I've never had that happened, but I don't have far to go with my orders. I've passed this along to our Customer Service manager and he's going to check into it for us. Still sucks though, I'd totally freak if I had bugs in my box (cardboard or otherwise ) less

I'm going to check the warehouse and the specific location where your product was stocked for bugs and report back.
I don't think the bugs are coming from us. We've never had bugs, especially in the warehouse, but like I said, I will check to make sure and let you know!
