I do Weight Watchers from home cause it's the only eating plan I have found that truly works for me. I have thought about signing up, but it costs a fortune and apart from 1 or 2 questions I have, I know how to do the points program on my own.
I'm on the older points plan - not Pro Points.
My question for anyone who is on WW or knows someone who is that they may be able to ask......
Are we allowed more than one serve of meat per day or are we suppose to stick strictly to only 1 meat, 2 dairy, 2 fruit and 5 grains? I know ya can have as many vegies as ya want, but can ya eat more of the other groups as long as ya still under ya points, of course.
