I have severe social anxiety but I still find Black Friday exciting. I usually have to hit up at least 1 store in person each year. I buy online too though. I love the Amazon Black Friday week of sales.

We normally intend to leave the house at 4-5 AM and watch the insanity while finding a few items ourselves, but the past several years we've ignored the alarm clock and slept in.
I prefer it that way, as we normally crawl into the mall just at 10-11 just as the dedicated BF'ers are stumbling out. Regardless of our tardiness last year, we still managed to get some great deals and didn't have to deal with the heavy traffic or hostility that's often present in the early morning crowd.

I only do Black Friday when there is something that I really want. Or something my son seen and he wants. Otherwise I will shop online.
