luckily never had anything more than a traffic ticket. almost got arrested a couple times, but ended up getting off. once for underage drinking, another for trespassing.

but i gotta tell you, i have a passionate distaste for the police just as any offender would. i am SO on edge when i see those flashing lights, a cop car in general, or a cop on the street. they make me so nervous.

Right after I turned 18, I got two DUI's and had to go to jail for 14 days. I was on probation for 1 year. I NEVER have been in trouble since then, it was scary and very humiliating to experience. Especially when you are as naive as I was way back then. It sure made me change my ways!!!

Arrested and spent a night in jail, and spent two years on unsupervised probation after the fact. Stupid, stupid kid I was.

I've been hospitalized at a mental health center for an eating disorder, but it was because I was sick, not because I was in trouble. I wasn't mandated to go or anything. There were people on other units that were there for drugs and other things. I assume some of them were probably court ordered, but I don't know much about how that works.

I've never been in any trouble with the law though.

This sort of needs an other option, I was in a mental health facility for about a week (checked myself in, but it wasn't for an addiction) but not for anything illegal.

I was put on suicide watch once, which wasn't really in a mental facility or hospital. My then-psychologist was part of a group that had 72-hour suicide watches, where you stayed with a counselor 24 hours a day for 3 days in a sort of... dormitory.

I also had to go to court for truancy in junior high. Had to do community service.

Beyond that, no trouble with the law.

When I was 17, I was arrested for assault. I got into a fight with another girl and then the girl and my sister got into a fight. Well, all three of us got into trouble. However, before I had to go to court, I got a letter saying I did not have to attend. Instead, I was placed on court order mediation. It was like probation without being. If I got in trouble for three months, I had to go to court and be charged for the assault. But it was summer vacation, so I didn't have to worry about getting into trouble. I stayed close to home and we lived out in the sticks (country). So, cops were never called unless necessary.

After that, I never got into trouble again, aside from school suspensions. I have never got arrested as an adult. I've never had a ticket either. If I ever do get into trouble, it would be a ticket for Marijuana.

Once. When I went to prom, the guy I went with got shitty drunk and couldn't drive. I had a boyfriend who did not go to the prom and we all planned to hang out afterwards. My prom date and I were just very close friends (I thought) and when we met everone at my boyfriend's house later, we were going to drink. I had bought 2 cases of beer and a few 6 packs of mike's hard lemonade that were all stashed in the car, some under the driver's seat. While he was driving--after prom-- I had a lemonade. ONE. He drove us not to my boyfriend's house like we planned, but to some CREEPY old little building thingy way in the woods in an area I did not know at all. It was a really small building like a one apartment deal with an upstairs. It was all broken down and old. When we got there he said I was spending the night there and that we weren't meeting my friends at my BF's house! I flipped out and called my parents who were nice and toasted themselves and didn't get to the phone. I told him I had to go home and he said no, that my parents wouldn't care! CRAZY of course they'd care, but he was not taking no for an answer. I finally made up this awful lie and told him this girl (who was actually my friend, going along with my story) wanted to beat me up and that we should go meet her at a local grocery store. He agreed! By this time, he was wasted. He was pulling out of the drive way all crazy drunk so I insisted to drive. Before we even switched seats he was throwing up!

I got away and he was too drunk to know that I was actually driving to MY HOUSE. Bad part: we got pulled over! A stupid tail light was out and it was his mom's car! The officer asked me if we'd been drinking and idiot inthe passengar seat says "there's a whole case of beer in the trunk and lemonade under her seat!" Then we were made to get out. They kept giving me breathalizers and saying "it's not working." My ONE lemonade had been worn off for well over an hour, but this idiot was rolling on the ground crying and puking so I guess they assumed I had been drinking too. I didn't go to jail and wasn't arrested, but they tried giving me a DUI and I was not drunk! Breathalizer did not even "work" they said. I had to stay with the drunken moron and an officer in a room, not a cell or anything and they kept calling my parents who still wouldn't answer. I called my sister, nothing. Finally my dad got up and came down for me. Mostly, we were just taken in to talk with the officer. They never booked us or anything. The officer just said the next time I want to get drunk to call him! Not sure exactly what he meant by that. He handed me his number on a post it and I actually found that post-it about 8 months ago while cleaning out an old scrapbook cart thingy!

Anyways, I was on a mini probation and had to do 24 hrs community service. I had to check in with my probation officer for a few months. She never did anything except ask if I was going to community service and let me go. No drug tests or anything. It wasn't like real people probation. Lol. I was a kid. I had to attend a drug and alcohol class, which sucked! It was me and a bunch of other kids who got caught doing minor things like smoking at school or drinking. Lol. It didn't go on my record though

Besides that small incident, no trouble for me!

I've been arrested for drinking and driving (reduced to careless driving) and spent a few hours in jail - I was right at the legal limit in Minnesota. I then spent two years on probation.

I have been in jail over the weekend. For beating up my sons father. His butt called the cops on me. Had to take anger management classes after that one. I have been hospitalized because of my Bi Polar it got worse at one point and I tried to commit suicide. I don't really talk about this stuff to anyone. But I am glad you added Steff that not to judge or make rude comments on your post. I have not been in any trouble since. I have blind rage a part of Bi polar and it is not cool. I black out and don't know what I have done until I have come too. Has had me in a bunch of fights over the years. I am just glad I got diagnosed when I did.

I have been really good lately and keeping out of trouble, mostly keep to myself.

I have never been in trouble other than traffic violations. I was a pretty good kid/teen though I have an attitude and a mouth (still do,lol). I got suspended for mouthing off in school to a teacher that accused me of cheating on a math test off my friend that is worse at math than anyone I know! He wouldn't let me finish my test and wouldn't believe me because I was talking. Yes, I was but I wasn't cheating and I told him if I wanted to cheat she would be the LAST person I cheated off of. She even agreed with me but he was a jerk and I told him so in some not so lady like words. Once for shoving a girl into her locker that was harassing me and once for smacking this boy's head off his desk a few times because he took my zip up trapper keeper (lol, cool I know) that I had decorated with pictures and really liked and he wrote PENIS on it really big with a thick, black, permanent marker. But I was never in trouble legally. There have been times where I have wanted to knock someone a good one but I knew if I wanted to go into the criminal justice field that I cannot have a record. I swear my education is what has kept my butt in line. Whenever someone has said or done something to me and I start getting really angry and want to retaliate back, I just remember how much time, effort, tears and stress went into getting my degree and punching someone that is provoking me or harassing me isn't worth losing all I've worked for.

I've never gotten into any kind of trouble besides 1 speeding ticket. Yes I was speeding but it was the first day back to work after having my oldest son. He was just 2 weeks old and I had no choice in the matter because I was the only one working since my husband was going to school at the time. I was just a mom thinking about her newborn and not paying attention to the speedometer. Cop thought I was cute b/c he "accidentally" kept my drivers license and brought it to me at work.

Did a week in jail because I could not pay a traffic fine on time, worked out pretty good, I was not working at the time and the week was gravy. Spent my time playing cards, got three squares a day and had time to read few books.
