I may be a bit on the vindictive bitch side, but it sounds like he deserved it.
The real cherry on top though, is hiding the stuff in places relevant to his relationship with her. I suppose it is a teeny bit childish, but still awesome.

Methinks it's fake. Anyone who actually did this with someone else's belongings regardless of relationship status would likely go to jail/ or end up getting their ass shredded in court.

The only part that makes me stutter is how does she know where Kelsi lives? (Unless they all run in the same circle.)

It's a lot nicer than what I would have done/said! I think it's a hilarious idea. As for childish, cheating on someone is the epitome of childish and lack of respect. The letter is harmless and funny for goodness' sake.
