Cocoa or hot chocolate? :)

Contributor: DreamWolf DreamWolf
For some reason I can't stand cocoa (I guess because I can't stand milk since I was a lil kid), and hot chocolate only with water!

I'm in Australia and Cocoa, to me, is just the low-fat component of the cocoa bean and is sold as Cocoa Powder.
That in itself is very bitter and boring... so i don't know if that's what you mean.

Either way, i prefer hot chocolate!
with marshmallows

Mmmm hot cocoa with marshmallows!

One time I made chocolate cocoa cookies and they were delicious. I love anything cocoa/chocolatey! I'm one of those crazy chocolate lover people.

I didn't know there was a difference, I thought they were the same thing. But I'm just the same, I've never liked milk in it.

I'm not convinced there is a difference. Usually the directions just say add water or milk. Although, if we're really going with preferences, the french sometimes just literally have melted chocolate in a mug (chocolat chaud?), which is amazing!

Hot chocolate but, then I started thinking and I enjoy both. There isn't much of a difference.
