Do you do pole fitness? I'm not talking about stripper pole dancing like a lot of people think. I'm talking about pole fitness. It's a workout, cordination and flexablity all on one. For those that have will understand. I'll post a video of one of my favorite routines.

i just ordered my own pole fo rmy house to save money on lessons.

I don't but wish I could. I don't have a lot of upper body strength so I'm thinking it's probably not for me.

Never tried it but it looks fascinating. The strength that must have taken must have been great! I never even some of those moves could be done except maybe by a gymnist. Hmmm at my age, I think of myself as young but I think I would have a long way to go before I could even come close to that. Does look like fun though!
