Okay so I purchased a Sodastream awhile back earlier in 2011 and have been using it since. I personally like the machine because I am not a huge soda drinker, and it's nice to make 1 every now and then or take some to work. The website is link if you want to overlook what it is. But basically the machine uses a CO2 cylinder to carbonate water, and you add syrup afterwards. If your big into trying to reduce waste then you might like the sodastream, rather than all those bottles/cans that would otherwise be recycled.
Anyways, I like mine, the flavors are good for the most part, some I like better than regular name brand soda, while others are not so good. They use Splenda as the sweetener rather than Aspartame. So if your someone who can really pick up on the Splenda sweetener in food/drink then I doubt you will like this stuff. If anyone else here has one, what do you think of it? Have you mixed any flavors together or carbonated something other than the syrups?
