Shrimp in a coconut batter- delicious. Fried shrimp in coconut sauce- ok. I've had it both ways and while both were pretty good I like the kind with the coconut in the batter a lot more. One place I used to go to on vacation served them with a cherry sauce and those were some of the best shrimp I've ever had.
