My sister and I have been watching cooking shows since the Cooking Channel first came out. My parents used to laugh at us but there has been an explosion of cooking related shows in the last few years. Do you like to watch it or not?

I like to watch some of the shows. Not really to learn how to cook something, but to see how much of an douch the host is. I have not seen too many shows where the host can really cook. They all seem to be more worried about entertaining.

i used to watch cooking shows alot when i was younger, then i stopped..but my current boyfriend loves watching cooking shows and i'll watch every now and then with him.

If I catch the iron chef or a cooking show I'm interested in, I'll watch. I don't follow any cooking shows.

I love Top Chef on Bravo! I'm addicted to it. I learned a lot from watching stuff on the cooking channel though. Emeril and Bobby Flay have improved my cooking for sure!

YES! 90% of what I watch on tv is probably anything on the Food Network. I love Iron Chef America.

I found no option like "I don't watch any intentionally but sometimes I happen to bump into some and I enjoy watching them then"...

Not a tv watcher, but when Master watches it sometimes He gets stuck at some too, and if I happen to notice His Yummming Noises (like "mmmmmmmmmmmmm", "oh my") then I can't resist to check it out too, and then of course I get stuck too to see the good stuff...

Yes, there are some good ones, I do, however to not like the staged reality/contest shows that some of the cable channels are hyping up.
