Sometimes. I rarely get drawn into any conversations so it's boring on most days and I don't hover there too long. Once in awhile there are some really funny or interesting posts though.

Yes. Twitter doesn't delete you account for it not being in your name or have BS rules like faxing in ID. Also twitter doesn't mind adult content. Plus, it seems to work a lot better in attracting people to your blog. If you want to follow me on twitter, it is beck42069.

I go through phases where I check my feed regularly then weeks without a look. I use Twitter as a news feed by primarily following news organizations, blogs, etc. I can pull up Twitter and a quick scan gets me quickly up to date with the latest news and events.
