I've had one for as long as I can remember. Back when a cell phone was a huge bag that stayed in the car. LOL

I do have one, and it's the only phone I own. I mostly use it for texting, though. I hate talking on phones. It is for emergency calling, texting, internet, or for places like doctors offices or something to call me.

We only have cellphones in my house, don't really see a use for a land line anymore. I fought getting a cellphone, but family forced one on me so that I'd stay in touch when I lived far away. I didn't as much as they would have liked, though--I really hate phones, that is why I didn't call! XD Today, I mostly use it for the occasional text. I really appreciate the device now. There have been times that I have felt saved from bad situations due to having one.

Yup, sure do. We also have a land line, if the power goes out in the cell tower I want to make sure I can make a call since a land line does not require power to use. Plus the cell does not work in the house. Living in the sticks has one or two disadvantages.

Yes due to my business. Since I could not see paying for two landlines, I canceled both and went cellular. I only have it on when I want to talk to people or at work though.

I have two. One cell phone doesn't work at all, and has no minutes on it. But technically, I have that one.. And the other...well, it works, but I hardly use it.

The other day, while waiting an hour at the dentists office, I paid my bills, made other appointments, answered my email, did an accounting paper for work, made dinner reservations for that evening, bought a shower gift on Amazon and updated Facebook, plus sent out a love note to hubby. Sure beat reading a 10 year old People Magazine in that time!!!!!!!!
