I don't. I'm a morning person and rely on my own inner clock to wake me. It rarely fails me.

I do, my kids wouldn't make it to school if I didn't. I like to sleep in. Although I really don't need to because my son is up and out of bed before 7:30 every morning (no matter how late he goes to bed).

Yes, I do. If I have to get up particularly early in the morning, or if I wind up staying up too late to get a lot of sleep, I'll set my phone alarm as well as my alarm clock. I'm always paranoid that I'll oversleep, even though it actually happens very rarely.

If I HAVE to get up then yes I have to set an alarm clock an it has to be on my phone. A normal everyday alarm clock doesn't do it I wake up to the sound of a 18-wheeler air horn going off which if that doesn't wake me up then presume I am dead!

I typically have my phone alarm set but I also use a good old bell clock just to be sure I get up because sometimes my phone likes to shut itself off randomly.
