I never take my wedding set off unless I am made to, such as hospital or something like that. I have other stuff I wear and change up but the rings really never change much.

My wife certainly does - a lot more than me, but I always wear my wedding ring - which I assume counts as jewelry.

their pretty bland... white or black stone plugs nothing really eye catching

Well, I have things I wear every time I leave the house. If I'm off work and don't go out, I won't wear them that day. Typically I wear a necklace, wristwatch, my wedding rings, and a birthstone ring.

I use to wear a ring on every finger and had to necklaces I use to wear EVERYDAY but now I just wear earrings. Eventually though I will get back to wearing my jewelry daily
