Mmm...cheese is a food group all to itself for me. It is difficult to choose just one. I will go with cheddar in all its varieties. I also love those crazy cheeses that are fused with things like garlic or bacon! Mmm...now I want cheese.

Related note...at a retirement party the other day, there was brie & raspberry stuffed in filo dough, served warm. Best. Thing. Ever.
