Oh, I mixed flan with vla, which is a dutch pudding. I think I have never eaten flan so far.

Jell-o. Flan just looks gross. I did actually have it once. In my Culinary Arts class in high school, my teacher decided he was going to choose the dessert that week (I usually chose it since I made it and he wasn't a baker) and he chose flan. I told him to find me a recipe. He got one. I made it. It was sooo bland. There was no flavour besides "sweet." So I decided we were sprinkling cinnamon on each one. It helped redeem it. I'm also kind of a cinnamon fiend.
