It's normal for you to need extra assistance every once in a while. I'm sure we've all had something we've needed help with. But as far as having a problem with something, I can always rest assured it'll be taken completely care of, and quickly. So you definitely don't have to worry where that kind of thing is concerned. They'll take good care of ya.
PS. and you'll probably even get an email to your email address letting you know the support ticket is open and a customer service representative has replied.

Yes, after my first purchase I had to contact EF for a replacement charger for a toy. The fast response and quick replacement really sold me on the company.

I have a couple times. I have also called them in the past as well. I prefer using the Online Chat function though. I haven't done it in awhile but I found it to be a quicker way of resolving things.
