I can't handle seeing "juice" on my plate and let's be serious here, it's blood. It's nasty and it grosses me out, but I love steak!

Medium to medium rare--gotta have it soft and chewy ish, well done is just too dry for me.

I've never eaten steak..... I grew up on a farm and just remember the small little baby moo moo's! lol I just cant bring myself to eat a steak << Also I really dont like any red meat lol. Only chicken and turkey for me! My fiance wont eat a steak unless its well done though.

Gotta be well done - if I see pink or any blood it's going back on the grill! Hubby likes his medium rare which makes him wait before we can eat lol

Just ate one last night, rare. OMG they are awesome this way and juicy and tender. They like mash in your mouth and are full of flavor. I like it.
Did not start eating rare until recently, because I was like eww blood, until I tried it. Now I will never eat a well done or medium one ever again.

Rare or medium rare steaks: tastes incredible, low health risk. (Hamburgers: medium, depends on how much I trust them.)

Medium well or Well done, but that's only if I'm eating steaks, which doesn't happen often. I prefer white meats to red and my stomach doesn't much like red meats anymore anyway.

Not at all. I'm not big on most meat, especially red meat.
If we're talking salmon, though, I do like it to be slightly undercooked in the middle... I know, not really an equivalent.

I like mine very well done - sometimes "well done" doesn't cut it for me, so I tell them if it comes charred that will be just fine.

I've had too many bad steaks when I order it medium rare, I just say "well done" now. Too many restaurants take that as "turn the outside gray"...so not right.

My choice was based on the type of steak; Prime Ribeye Steak or New York Strip or Filet Mignon. The finished product has to melt in my mouth!!!
