Usually just one, two at the max. I'm very sensitive to caffeine (as in, it makes me anxious and my heart races) but I need it for energy.

<_<; I chose four because I'm pretty sure my cup fits two 8 oz. servings of coffee in it. Nights when I have a big project I'm working on though I've been known to drink a whole pot by myself.

I rarely drink coffee, not because I don't like it (I do!) but because caffeine makes me pretty jittery and I've never gotten into the habit of drinking decaf. I do like a cup here or there on occasion.

I really don't drink coffee anymore, since it started making me really anxious. I used to drink 4-5 cups a day though!
