I can relate to getting a product and disliking it at first, but then warming up to it after several uses. I try to wait at least 3 or 4 uses before reviewing.

I try to get in at least three or four uses before deciding, unless the initial experience is so incredibly bad that I can't stand to try again.

I usually try to give it at least 3-5 tries before I can solidify an opinion on it.

I think that it really depends! If it's a basic bullet it will take me a lot less time than if it's an insertable toy! The number of patterns also adds to the time it takes me to make a decision.

Some toys REALLY impress you from the get-go. Most, we've found, take a few times to get a good feel for it.

I've had 2 perhaps that have been WOW from first use. While others take 2-4 times to find the right positions etc.

Usually the first or second time. If I don't feel for it right away, I'll patiently try the toys at different angles and movements. The Pure Plug is the ONLY toy that provided instant stimulation!

I usually know if I love or hate a toy after the first or second time I use it, but I still play around with it in different ways and get to know it better after a few more uses.

I use a toy for a minimum of four hours, love or hate it. After about 8-10 hours of use, I have figured out how I like to use it, if I love or hate it and how reliable, issues it may have, etc.

I have to use it at least twice. The last thing I reviewed was great the first time, but started to deteriorate by the second time.

I think it depends very much on the specific toy, but I don't have enough thoughts to write a review until at least 2 uses. Often more, but that's my minimum!

I try a toy at least 3 times before I write the review, but I usually have a good idea of how I'll like it after the first time. It's very rare that I go from loving a toy to hating it, or vice versa. I find that the little annoyances start to stand out more after multiple uses, like buttons that get bumped accidentally, or something along those lines.

It depends on the item for me. Insertables I take my time with, but vibrators I know when they are in my hand if I like them.

Depends on the item, with bath and body products i can usually get a good feel for it within trying it 2-3 times with other products i like about 4 times.
