To be honest, I take a shower every other day. It's better for my hair, and I hate running up the water bill. But what do you do?

Once or twice a day, depending on how I feel. I've never had a problem with my skin drying out, but I usually put lotion on after. My hair I only wash twice a week.

I wash every day at least once. I used to try skipping washes for my hair but I am so oily it was just awful and I started getting clogged pores and sores on my head from it. It's too bad. I envy people who can go 3-4 days without washing their hair.

I don't shower every day, but I probably take 5 showers a week. So most days I do shower. I only wash my hair every 4-5 days or so though. It doesn't get oily.

I shower every other day but I do sometimes shower everyday in the winter cause I get cold so easy or in the summer if it's hot for days on end

if I don't at least once a day I feel dirty. occasionally something happens where I have to take more than one a day but I try not to be excessive

I shower or bathe just about everyday, but I can't wash my hair that often or it drys out.

Either every other day or every three days. I'm trying to grow out my hair and my oils really help it grow.

i dont know why anyone would think it is gross to shower less than once a day ! i dont get it.
