I would say arounf 4 times a week. We rarely get it on bcs I get my guy when he is tired and not in his prime. When he is in his prime, I'm in zombie mode. Our shceduels should even out soon!

I am currently single, and am not a big hookup fiend. So I can usually go for a few weeks, before I really start craving it again. I obviously need to orgasm more frequently than that, but I'm more than happy to provide that orgasm for myself, most of the time. Once a day, before bedtime if I had my way. Luckily I have a hitachi for that, because it's pretty impractical to try and jump my poor partner every night. (He works at 4am and I'm on second shift-ish).
