I find there are so many young ladies in their 20's all over EF. I've come across a few older ladies, even a few in their 50's, but they're younger than I am.

are you 58 or older? I'm curious to see if there is anyone my age or older than I am - I'm 58 - haven't had my birthday this year yet, either - oh ugh. ..

by the way, EF members are the only people I feel comfortable with telling my age.

No, I'm only 22, but I have always connected better with people a good deal older than me. Strange, but either way, all ages can be wonderful I hope. I actually think I see more older women here than youngers. Maybe not though.

I'm 24, and my bf just turned 22, but there's nothing wrong with being 58.
The older you get the more you learn after all.
Maybe some of the people around your age don't fill out the age thing because they're shy about having people know their age?

Either way, the more the merrier right?

I have also noticed a lot of younger people on here. I am only 42 and I'm enjoying the aging process. It seem the older I become the more laid back I have become. I don't let the little things bother me as much as they once did. Aging is one of those litte things it is something everyone does, and we have no control over it, so why stress about it. I know I wouldn't want to be in my 20 these days. I have a daughter that is going to college and I wouldn't want to go back to all the stuff that comes with gowing up.. So, embrass your age. Enjoy it.. Have an awesome day!!!

I'm 31.


I read an article not too long ago that people in the 55+ age group are the ones experiencing the biggest surge in STI/STD cases and are participating in more group-sex activities than their 30 year old counterparts. It's a very interesting shift in the dynamics of things. Maybe these people just regret not playing in the 60's when peace and love were the only things that mattered....who knows, but it's fascinating nonetheless.

I'm early 50's.....but after 12 hours at work....starting at 5am.....I sometimes feel about 138!!!

I think that surge in STIs and STDs is due to the increase in divorces once people's kids are "old enough" and out of school and the divorces catapulting older people back into the dating pool.

Plus a lot of people in this age group never worried about condoms when they were first dating, just had the woman take the Pill. So, when they get back out there, they often have 60s and 70s style unprotected sex.

Well, a lot of older people are also entertaining the ideas of open marriages. I do agree this age group is often the least educated on the risks involved with unprotected sex. It's sad, too. You'd think they'd be the most educated or the most interested in learning.

Even if you are the oldest here -- and I'm not saying your are -- who cares? You know what they say, you're as old as you feel. I'm sure there are people who are younger than you who feel older than you because of their attitude and beliefs. And don't forget people who are young, but with health problems, how young do you think they feel? Count your blessings, your mind and body are healthy and in good shape! Your sex drive is still going strong and you're able to have orgasms. That's more than some people can say for themselves, even people who are younger than you. Look at people like Betty Dodson, she's an inspiration to me. Google her sometime and check out her website. I think she's 89 now and still going strong, even dating a younger man!
