If you could move anywhere in the world, where would you move to?

My significant other and and I both want to go to Japan and a few European countries. We have been thinking very seriously on leaving the U.S. to live elsewhere, but I'm not sure where and we would have to travel a bit before deciding. I have been to Italy and I loved Tuscany and Perugia. If I could get better with Italian, I might consider that area, but I don't know if He would like it as much. I sometimes wish I could live in Japan as I'm pretty much already there in some ways, but the reality is that the country and I would probably not get along well for many, many reasons. One being that I'm vegetarian. My vegan friend went for a bit over a month and came back almost 20 lbs lighter. I would almost definitely die if I lost that much. So Europe sounds more possible for me. I am longing for a place with a lot of modern beauty mixed with visible history. The U.S. has so little of that. I go crazy when I see something I know is older than 100 years!

I would love to go to japan for a few months. Also Denmark, would be really cool, because I have a friend who lives there. I would love to meet him in person.
