Probably only one, I don't really see the need to even own more than one personally, given the fact we don't go swimming anymore where we're living now.

Only one, since i have a full-body UV protective Coolibar swimsuit. In Mexico I would have to be even more careful with my skin.

I would take 2. Maybe 3 if I really was going to be on the beach alot. If your suit is wet from the day before, it's super gross to put on a cold soggy suit. bleh. I would like to have at least 2 so they I always have a dry option.
