So which would you choose... jail for six months or no sex for 5 years. Let's say it's a minimum security jail so you're not in there with the worst of the worst.

Versus... no sex for 5 years... not even masturbation (not sure how they'd prevent that)... but this is just a fun theoretical q anyway.

Who would make me choose this?

I LOVE sex, but I adore my children and they mean more to me than anything in the world. Even more than my sex life. (They, and My Man are the ONLY thing which merits more than sex in my life.) Even though two of them are for all intents and purposes grown (one out of college and one ready to graduate this Spring) and one is a child, I still couldn't leave them for any amount of time.

Being a very spiritual person, I get the willies just setting foot on the property of a jail or penitentiary. The spirits or feelings in those areas are so unrestful, fearful and negative. I'd rather never have sex again EVER, than go to jail for a day.

I would go with no sex. I would be afraid I would change in jail and be tougher and not as caring and I wouldn't want that. Also, jail scares me.

Are we talking about JAIL or PRISON? I'd pick jail, but not prison.

Jails and prisons are excruciatingly different, as are city, county, state and federal jails/prisons.

ya I'm afraid of jail never will do anything I can go there for,especially since I have severe ibs and need a very special diet...Id rather have all the freedom of other things like being able to go to work,shop and do wat I want...no sex for 5 years is less scary to me..and ya no one could stop you from masterbating.

No jail for me. I'm not scared to go, but jail screws up more than just your sex life. Can be hard to get a job, hard to travel to another country, hard to get financial support later (loans and such), your away from your family, you have to report in to a parole officer every week until your paroles done once your out. Bleh. No thanks. I'd gladly give up sex.

I love sex, but jail scares the crap out of me, too. I hope I never have to make this decision, but I do know how terribly depressed I get without sex, so I'd take the short term route, and go six months in jail, I think.

The OP did say minimum security prison. So in theory it would be with white collar criminals and the like, not the gangsters and rapists. Definitely no to the "bonus sex". In fact I am a bit offended by the implication there. Rape is not sex, and is definitely not a "bonus". However, to answer the question I would definitely choose jail. In fact I have moments where I think jail might be okay. All my needs taken care of, a simple, structured life. I couldn't do it forever, but 6 months would be fine. Especially if the alternative was no sex or masturbation for 5 years.

Yeah this is a hard one but I think I would rather tough it out for the six months!

I voted for no sex, but he says "possibly jail," so I guess the vote isn't too accurate. I would go with no sex/masturbation because I have a low sex drive and I think I could manage that without much trouble (as long as he could avoid bugging me!).
