Would you live in a castle given the opportunity?

In fantasy world without having to worry about cost of heating, upkeep, etc? Yes, yes, and a thousand times YES!

Might be cool for a short period of time, but I really prefer smaller cozy places, and cities...

No. Castles feel cold to me, all that stone and empty spaces.

Castles don't tend to be located in places I would like to live. Also, I hate being cold!

No ._. Too many things would be running through my mind like the warmth, rats, spiders, and other things like that would make me nervous.

Touring one or staying in one for a short time (a month or so), yes.
But actually living in one? Hell no, it'd be a pain in the ass to clean and it would feel too lonely for just one family.
That's the same reason I wouldn't want a big house actually.

Besides, I'd rather a reasonably sized house that I could remodel into a miniature castle. xD
