Over the past few months, I've noticed that I'm having dry skin for the first time in my life. Especially dry are the areas around my genitals, butt, and feet.

Anybody have any recommendations, especially for the genital area? I get yeast infections VERY easily, and I've learned that Aveeno and Gold Bond are not good options for that area.
