Netflix's (not so new) Agreement

Are you one of the people who is pissed about how Netflix split up the price of watching Instantly online and receiving DVDs by mail, or do you think the way they did it is fair? Part of me thinks they needed to do it that way because they were losing money, but another part of me says they're making so much money already because they were the first big company of that kind. How do you feel about the way they've split it up? I only have watching Instantly online and they don't have a whole lot of movies that I'd like to see on Instantly watch.
