So it seems like I'm seeing more people with nude avatar images. I understand people's want to express themselves and I realize this is an adult site but for the most part it seems Eden tries to keep things pretty PG13 rated except for the DVD products and this image is used in a large number of areas on the site. For me I don't wish to see other people's naked bodies as I don't want to be comparing them with my wife. What is everybody else's opinion on this?

Comparing them with your wife is your own issue. Like Alicia said, when I see naked men I don't go comparing them to my Man. Nor when I see naked women do I compare them to myself/any current female lover. I like the nude body and appreciate the beauty that each body has.
I don't care one way or another about the avatars being PG-13 or XXX. Honestly, they are so small usually that I don't think anything would even stick out in my mind.

I haven't noticed any nude avatars, other than a bad link I posted by mistake and asked to have removed after someone drew it to my attention (Note to self: CHECK LINKS!).
We use explicit terminology in our reviews and in these forums by openly sharing our experiences on how well a product worked, etc. Some use more details than others, which give a clear mental picture that I'm sure can cause some readers to become excited, kind of like reading erotic stories. I really don't see how a nude avatar is much different. This is a sex site where we talk about it all the time! For the most part, everyone is mature about it too. It's how you perceive it that may be the problem, especially if you are comparing them to your wife.

I obviously understand that I'm a minority on this site. I was just curious since it seems Eden goes out of the way to keep things as clean as possible except for in this respect. I was addicted to pornography from age 12 to age 20 and still struggle with it. Obviously I realize that I'm on sex toy site and that this type of thing is pretty common but I really like how Eden doesn't have porn plastered all over there pages. I understand this a personal issue I just hate that it causes me to not want to get more involved in the Eden community as a result.

I'm with Brian and Lauren. If those posting nude avatars find that they can get away with it, it may inspire more nude avatars and pictures. Some people's avatars may be asked to be removed, while other avatars are found to be classier and are allowed to stay. It would cause some problems, IMO.

Not a big fan of nude avys, but the ones that get me are the explicit ones. I see them all the time on Steam, people have porno avatars. And in various Steam games where you can spray a picture, there are people who have porno ones as well. But then again I go on furry servers, I guess it's to be expected. But I find drawn porn more tasteful anyway.

I don't find asses to be nudity, but I don't want to see nipples, penises, ass holes vag...sex etc. Basically if you can't show it in a product picture it shouldn't be allowed in an avatar. It is distasteful. Some people choose to link to naked pictures off the site in some reviews of lingerie. This is totally fine in my opinion. TI is off site and there are warnings. Eden is unique in that it is classy. I wouldn't want this compromised.

The lack of sleaze is what brought and kept me here. I find that any nude avatars I see are usually artistically done and show off the personality of the poster rather well. I guess I was lucky not to see the pornographic ones ... that would have sent me packing.
