Oh gosh, after 6 years of working in pizzerias I'm picky as hell. My ideal pizza is thick crust, extra sauce, light cheese, minced garlic, pepperoni, and salami...lightly cooked. I like doughy pizza crust.

I love my pizza loaded. Pepperoni, green peppers, green and black olives, sausage, cheese, onion, hot peppers, tons of cheese and I may have forgotten one or two items.

Cheese (typical pizza blend, shredded mozzarella I think), mushrooms, black olives, spinach, ricotta cheese, green pepper, and with a creamy garlic butter sauce below it all.
