I think the biggest thing is to think about how structured you want the discussion to be. If you want discussion about certain things at certain times, I'd suggest posting a schedule at the start. Otherwise, you get people typing a comment who get two or three pages behind before they can hit the "Post" button and their comment might not be on topic any more, but they have no way of knowing that you've moved on.
But I think the more free-for-all discussion tonight worked fine. (It might be more problematic if Porn Club expands to a significantly larger group of people, though.)

I think we should:
* Start the thread the day before and propose a list of questions
* do 45 minutes each movie. (like 8:00 - 8:15 is talking time / buffer for late people. 8:15 - 9pm is Movie A. Then 9:15pm - 10pm is Movie B. Then the rest can be loose talk, for whoever sticks around)
* Stick to the topic when it is each movie's "turn".
Sound good?
