I think if it were actual sex with another person, just music.
But considering it's just me, myself, and toys....if I need more than just my imagination to keep my mind on the right track then I usually turn on some random porno that has large amounts of girl on girl, and most of the time I turn the volume off entirely since the dialogue tends to be a bit cheesy.

My mind has a tendency to wander off into some horribly un-sexy topic sometimes, so sort of half watching some hot women having a bit of fun together helps keep it focused. =|
