I find snakes adorable and I used to own a few. One being a gravid garter snake that gave live birth, the babies squeak when they take their first breath!

I like one snake. Our ball python, Kepler. He and I are on friendly terms. Other snakes still freak me out.

I like their faces, but I don't like to be near them. The way they move makes me uncomfortable. They are tubes that eat things! That is not okay.

I like them probably because they are one of the few things that freak out my Husband lol. Snakes have their place though there are a few species I don't like such as rattlers or copperheads you know the potentially dangerous kinds. Garter snakes, ring tails and such I'll pick up right off the ground - they don't bother me.

Yes, my father had a 17ft long Burmese Python, his name was Damon, but he got to big and he ended up having to be put down. We are thinking of getting a more manageable snake, like a Ball Python. They do not get much past 4 or 5ft and stay thin.

I love reptiles as well. My boyfriends father breeds snakes, they are stunning. We dont have snakes ourselves, we have tarantulas though.

For those that keep saying their snake got too big. Research! Figure out the average size of what it'll grow into and get something that'll fit your tank's measurements and price range for feeding/care >_<. Nothing irks me more than people who don't prepare for what they'll grow into.

I hate snakes, but I live in the sticks and AU has 6 out of the 10 most deadliest snakes in the world. They creep me out - especially when ya almost stand on a King Brown that will kill a human in no time.
