I went to a get together with a few friends of mine a week or so back. I use to hang out with these people all the time a few years back but since they moved we hardly see each other anymore. During a conversation with one of them I could not help but feel like we were intruding or not welcome there. I don't know why but this is the feeling I got. On the ride home my wife expressed the same feelings.
Since then I haven't been able to shake the feeling that these people really aren't are friends. That maybe they just pretended to be because back then I had the hook up for stuff they needed. Not drugs mind you, I worked at a liquor store.
I don't know. Am I over reacting or do I have a case here? It's just weird to see them do a 180.
