The real answer is 'Both". If they are soft I use a milk 'chaser' - if they are hard, I'm a milk dipper!

It depends on the cookie. Some need to be crisp and crunchy, like ginger snaps. Others are best soft and gooey, like chocolate chip cookies.

I am weird because I like my chocolate chip cookies soft but I like the oreos hard. I hate chips ahoy cookies because they are hard.

Always soft. I also like them to be thick, but have yet to figure out a way to make chocolate chip cookies that are thick. :/ I always wind up with super thin cookies.

Yes actually! Even though I prefer hot and soft cookies in general, I like ginger snaps to be crisp...
