I have a few times, but never anything bad. I think I once sent a "Hey Sweetheart" to the wrong person, but that would be the worst!

My mom actually texted someone (the wrong person) last week and made a joke and she got in some serious shit for it. She had thought it was her friend's number but she'd typed in ONE number wrong & the person was pissed & asked where she worked & what her district manager's number was!? WTF? Just over a joke she texted a friend! It had nothing to do with her work or her job! She is the manager of the place she works, but she did have to tell her district manager. She wasn't in trouble though. They just thought it was funny & insane that someone would think to tell the employer of a stranger just over an innocent (and funny) accident. The joke wasn't even offensive... really! HAHA

I've accidentally texted a friend instead of my partner but it was only an "I miss you" text so I just played if off
But there are times when I'm texting my cousin and my partner at the same time and my phone will change messages while I'm typing to one of them so the other gets the message. It's confusing and annoying but they're used to it.

One time I was talking to two different guys at the same time and ended up sending the wrong text to the wrong guy. Then I fumbled to try and cover for myself. It turned out ok, but I was scrambling for a few minutes trying to get myself back on track lol

i dont think it's happened in a number of years. it's just so unlikely to happen, although sometimes i think i have text the wrong person when i didnt. however i do misdial calls a lot, calling my mom or dialing my partner when i need to get a hold of someone else.

I've done it once. A friend and my mom sent me texts that said almost the exact same thing, but were in totally different contexts, and I mixed them up. Luckily it was nothing important. I always double check when I send texts.

Not yet thankfully. But I have accidentally clicked on the wrong skype name! Then I need to have a conversation with them so it's not weird and whatever and my plans get derailed. Embarrassing, but not that big a deal.
