It's hard to say, I mean if you're too cold you can always put on more layers but I run cold so I put too hot..

i'm from the south, the muggy humid, sweat your ass off in december south, so i would prefer it to be too cold. plus layers and cute fall apparel.

Too hot makes me sick feeling, but too cold just means a cover or jacket will suffice. Hard to find relief from heat.

Too cold. You can always put more clothes on (and blankets), but you can only take off so much when you're hot.
