I almost never use toys on my own, and prefer to use them for couple's play. My wife, on the other hand, uses toys on her own all the time. Thoughts?

I prefer to use toys when it comes to couple's play as well, though I have some that I use on my own as well. Isn't it "sharing is caring" after all?

I'm a straight male, and I use toys all the time. It's really just a personal taste issue.

I would recommend however, exploring different toys. You may find something that just blows your mind for solo play!

Depends on the couple, one partner of the couple may not feel "comfortable" with them.

I like to try out my toys on my first, and then introduce them to my partner. We don't play with toys much though, even then.

Depending on the toy, but i like use my toys during couples play as well as solo! It's easier for me to get off when my partner is involved though.

Me too! I think it's a lot more fun that way. I really don't use mine that much without my partner. He uses them with me during foreplay and stuff. That's just my preference. Everyone is different. It could be that she has a hard time getting "off" without being alone so she can really concentrate. To get off with a toy, it actually takes some concentration, for me anyway, so that could be it. Or maybe she's slightly shy about it and that's why she does it alone?

I use a lot of my toys on my own for a while.. then I will get uninterested in them. It's cycles. I like using toys during sex almost all the time.
