Am I the only one that finds all the companies commercials on TV that do taxes for people humurous? You know, the ones where all these people are getting $3000-$4000 back 'on average'? I'm not a tax advisor and/or consultant, but either way, IT IS YOUR MONEY. You either get more or less in your paycheck, depending on how many allowances you have. I know that certain deductions (ie. - number of children, mortgage interest, etc.) can drastically affect how much you get back, but pretty much in the end it's how smart you are in the number of allowances you claim throughout the year. It's not rocket science!!!!!

Some people fall victim to this everyday.

I have never been to one of those places. I have a professional who does my taxes. hes great at what he does. He took care of my business and my parents business. I just know that you get what you pay for in the end.
