OK, so I must be getting old..(state your age, 37 here and proud of it). Woke up this morning and had a cramp in between my big toe and the one next to it in my left foot. And still flipping have it, been waddling along all day. I mean really...WTF? Anyone care to share similar indescribable ailments? What a bummer!!!!

On occasion, yes. I wake up in weird positions, so there's always some cramp or ache or something. For foot cramp I stand on the tips of my toes and put all my weight on that foot, and it disappears pretty quickly.

29...My arms always fall asleep when I'm in bed sleeping. It wakes me up because it's so uncomfortable. I also have carpal tunnel in both wrists. I feel like I should be about 60 years old instead.

Just turned 30 and I get wicked calf cramps if I flex and point my toes too hard in the morning. Makes the muscle so sore. My shoulder has also started popping at random points during the day for no obvious reason.

Being over 30-35 sometimes sucks. I have fibromyalgia and chronic intractable migraine, so I am in pain most of the time.

I used Aspercreme on my knees today, because they have been hurting. I can't take the only drug approved for fibromyalgia, so I have to make due with the meds I have for my migraines and try to exercise as much as possible.

My husband keeps saying to me "Wait until you're 50! Every single part of your body you ever injured will bug you."

Usually, when I wake up, my feet feel stiff and sore when I first try to put weight on them. I have to flex my toes and walk a few steps to get the feeling to go away. Oh, and I'm 23.

I'm turning 30 in 18 days and I have a bad ankle from previous injuries and I wake up sometimes with the worst calf aches. My shoulders are always tense.

23, pinched sciatic nerve. It's better since I started going to the chiropractor, not affecting my sleep as much, but it still hurts a lot some days. My right hip recently decided that it didn't care that I enjoyed running, it didn't. And when I wake up in the morning, I often sound like a popping bag of popcorn, lol.

An accumulation of knocks over a lifetime of activity in "warrior trades" and high impact sports have me feeling every joint, ligament and tendon. 51 with constant pain that ebbs and flows in intensity, makes pleasure a premium priority!

I'm just happy to wake up and be able to get out of bed, the aches and pains let me know I'm alive and yes getting older.

I try to work every other day and I'm always sore the next day - mostly the muscles in my back aches - not spinal or disc pain - just muscle pain.

But like the rest of the older set - at my age I'm glad to be this side of the roses - I have lost younger friends, so I've learned not to sweat the small stuff.

(Age 36) Windusrfing and cycling wipeouts, plus a motorcycle accident or two, added to a slightly slipped vertebrae and compressed disk (hereditary) = aches, you learn to live with them. The alternative is WAAAY to boaring

51 and was having a lot of hip and knee problems.

Since using toys - not so much. In fact, I find the more sex we have - the better I feel when I wake up.

Mid 20s and I get cramps in my calves all the time, maybe because my job makes me be on my feet all day, constantly moving. When i get home and finally sit down, I stiffen up badly and it's hard to move around when i get up.

25... Yes! I hate that foot cramp, the only one worse is the arch of the foot! Sometimes if I move it around like I'm trying to pop the toe it goes away

34, I sometimes get cramps that stick around all day. Just part of getting old and all the years of abuse you put your body through.

That's... I appreciate your honesty. (Winner? F'n IBS.)

The other day, I attempted to do my usual post-sleep quickie stretch (?) and got a massive cramp in one of my calves. Quite painful, and kind of traumatizing.
