We baught our home 2 1/2 years ago and with two kids we had to make sure we had a three bedroom house. On top of that we had to have a garage, two bath rooms and we wanted (and got) a great room style living area. For those that don't know the great room is where the living room kitchen and dining room are all one big open space.

The place is only 1100 sq ft but that works for us we didn't see a need for anything to big.
