Milk chocolate, but white chocolate is second. I've also found that working with chocolates at home, dark is the easiest but I don't like the flavor as much.

Recently I tried working with white chocolate, I successfully made peanut butter filled white chocolate dinosaurs.

I tend to prefer dark chocolate more and more, not that some good milk chocolate isn't great, but when I want to eat a chocolate bar or something like that I actually prefer it to be a little more on the bitter side.

I switch between dark and white. But it's hard to find good white. Nowadays, they use trans fats and oils instead of cocoa butter. Sad, really.
