I really enjoy both silicone and plastic because both can be sanitized. I can boil silicone and I can clean plastic alcohol. Cutting down on bacteria is important to me. Also I really love the feel of UR3. It isn't as safe but feels really good.

I voted purely based on the materials of my favorite toys. They feel good, they are pretty easy to clean etc.

I love my glass toys so very very much, but I equally love silicone. One is pliable and the other isn't. I did say plastic purely because a few of my very favorite items are plastic.

Currently, metal is my favorite, but I also love silicone, wood, and glass. It just depends on my mood.

I love silicone. Like the way it feels and it has a nice slip to it.

Pure silicone doesn't smell, easy to clean and is one of the safest materials. The only downside on some silicone you need to be careful with the lube you use.

I only use silicone toys (except for my Njoy Pure plug which is steel). All my toys are non-porous and are easy to sanitize.

Given the choice I go with Silicone or Glass. I love silicone for its feel and cleanliness, I love glass for its artful qualities. Either one works well.

Silicone, glass, ceramics or metal are the safest. Plastic can be cleaned pretty well, but not well enough to use with multiple partners if you're concerned about transmitting anything.

My faves are glass and abs plastic. I tend to like hard and rigid toys that carry strong vibrations through to the tip as Im more of a clit kind of orgasmer rather than a g spot one
