I love my job. It's fun, and I love the people I work with and work for!

I enjoy both of my jobs. Yes, I need the money, but one job is very rewarding and the other job is fun. I can't say that's it's just about the money and nothing else.

Money, always. You can do anything with a smile if you're paid enough for it.

Normally I love my job, but when I am having one of those days (or weeks) when I don't, it’s the staff, flexibility and loyalty I have for this job that helps me through a bad day or week.

My job isn't great... the pay isn't as much as I could be making, and I don't get benefits. I don't even get paid sick days, and there's certainly no paid vacation time. But, it's not a high stress job. I spend my day playing with little kids.

The real thing that keeps me at my job though? My boss is flexible about allowing me time off. She even told me recently that, if I wanted, I could go to the UK for the 6 months that I'm allowed to be there (by UK immigration law) if I want, and that she would hold my job for me. Sure, I wouldn't be getting paid (which is why I can't go for that long -- I need money), but it's awesome that she would allow me to go spend that much time with my boyfriend.

I stay mainly because of the money and benefits but I work with disabled adults and no one can put a smile on your face like the people I work with

I'm a preschool teacher, so it's not the money, haha. We get summers off paid, and lots of vacation time which is a perk.

I couldn't afford to quit. At least not without having a good backup plan first.

My job is small, but I love it & I'm working towards a career, so I can handle the crazy schedule and small pay because I know I'm working towards something I truly am passionate about. I have a couple of even smaller jobs and I barely get pay for them, but I stay because I'm SO passionate about it and also because it's something that can make a real difference in the world & I feel like that was one of the things I was called to do, so I really love what I do. My main job and my tiny others. They're a big part in my life.

Mostly money... I do need to eat, on occasion, and rent doesn't pay itself. Also, health insurance and retirement fund... I'm pretty sure I'm going to be grateful for those in the future.
