I head to bed usually by 12 am on the weekdays and by 2am on the weekends.

Lately, my man hasn't been able to sleep in the bed because of his back. I can't sleep without him, so I usually konk out on the couch after 4am. =/

Anywhere between 11:30pm if I'm ultra tired to 6am if I have an online play night with Master.

But often it's between 1am - 4am.

Considering I'm at work until three, and don't get home until 4:45...

I generally fall asleep between 7 AM and 9 AM. That's basically the equivalent of going to bed at 8:45 PM.

Wow, I guess I'm an early bird. I'm usually asleep by 11. But we start our day at 7am and I'm usually up a couple times b/c of the kids.

I make sure it's between 9-10pm b/c I'm up before 6am everyday and I have two kids and do get woken up during the night. I don't get much uninterrupted sleep.

Same here.... I try to go to bed at "decent" times, but sometimes I'll be up until the sun comes out.. but other times I'll fall asleep earlier. I don't have a set sleeping schedule

It depends on the day, what we have planned for the evening and how I am feeling.

Sometimes we go to bed very early (8 or 8:30) so we will have time for a lot of sex. Sometimes, we go to bed at 9, for the same reason. We do have sex when we go to bed later, but my husband wakes up at around 4:20 in the morning, so when we stay up late on a weekday, he has a hard time getting up. Yesterday morning, he slept until 6:20! I realized we had overslept, but he had been out of town on a long road trip (more than 1,000 miles driving one way and then 1,000 miles the next to take our oldest daughter and her partner to their new home) and was exhausted.

It varies, but we're usually in bed between 10 and midnight. We get up at 6 most mornings during the week to hit the gym together, and if I could go to bed at like, 9:30 those nights I would.

Durning the week I don't usually stop what I need to get done until 12am then I have to make lunches for hubby and kids as well as set out clothes and set up coffee machine. Sometimes I get it all done around 11:30.

I don't have a set schedule and have been a night owl for most of my life. I sleep anytime around the clock, really. Or not at all. It sounds wonderfully free, but it can be bad, too.

I usually try to sleep by 1am on weekdays (but that never works perfectly) and when I don't have school I fall into my natural sleep cycle of Bedtime: 4-5am, Awake time: 11am-noon.
